2. Deposits are required and are non-refundable.
3. Outstanding balances will be payable if the holiday is cancelled within 21 days of it's commencement unless the accommodation is re-let.
4. Settlement of accounts is requested on arrival.
5. Accounts may be settled by cash or cheque. Guests paying by cheque need to settle their account within 10 days of their arrival to allow sufficient time for cheque to clear.
6. Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10 am on the morning of departure.
7. Guests may make full use of the free car parking provided, but do so entirely at their own risk.
