The site comprises of two lakes, each around one and a half acres in size and a small shop. Toilets are on site and situated next to the shop, there are disabled facilities on site, the toilets are suitable for disabled persons, whiles our lakes have some specialist swims with ramps that are easily accessible.

For the deep sea fisherman, there are two deep sea fishing boats which run locally out of Paignton harbour.
