We are a small, friendly guesthouse
with seven rooms. Most have been refurbished and have had en-suite
facilities added to them recently. We operate a no smoking policy.
The premises are protected by CCTV. We are "Biker friendly".
The Richmond is situated just
off the sea front only 120 level metres from the beach & Paignton
Pier. The town centre is just a ten minute walk away with its local
shopping centre, restaurants & bars.
If you want 'peace & quiet!' - Victoria Park is only a 5 minute walk away with its pond surrounded by benches & flowers and a park for the children to run around in.
