House, where you are greeted upon arrival by Rick, Alison &
Abigail - your holiday starts here! Your luggage will be taken to your
room, once you have settled in, a complimentary tea or coffee with cake awaits
you either in our dining room or out on our decked garden area.
We are a small friendly family run guest house with 6 rooms (most are en-suite or have private facilities) and we operate a no-smoking policy but a smoking area is provided outside.

in the heart of THE ENGLISH RIVIERA, Torquay to one side with its harbour

urrounded by cafe's and Brixham, a quaint fishing town, on the other side.
Paignton is ideal for families or couples, we are only a 120 level metres from
the beach & Paignton Pier and only a 5/10 min walk to the town centre and
Paignton's Bus & Train stations (We are able to offer FREE COLLECTION/DROP OFF).
Paignton Zoo is close by, along with the Apollo Cinema and there are many restaurants & family friendly places to eat close at hand along with some fine dining restaurants overlooking our beautiful bay. There are many more attractions in the surrounding area, take a look at our 'attraction's page'. All can be got to by public transport, (to support Sustainable Tourism), should you wish to leave your car parked in our FREE CAR PARK.
